On April 29, 2016, I filed a $75 Million Dollar  lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase & Co. and eight (8) of its managers for EMPLOYMENT RACIAL DISCRIMINATION and RETALIATION in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, County of New York (Manhattan).

 

Why $75 Million?  Because first off, this lawsuit has Ten Causes of Action, secondly, there are a total of Nine (9) Defendants and lastly, it is about time a Black employee from the financial industry stops pretending that for the most part he or she is not treated like a “n****” and takes a REAL stance against Employment Racial Discrimination and Retaliation in the financial industry.

 

It is my sincere hope that because of this exemplar lawsuit, JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s present and future Black employees will never have to be subjected to or continue to be subjected to, while suffering in silence, the Employment Racial Discrimination and Retaliation that I experienced working at the said company and past Black employees of JPMorgan Chase & Co. who might have been subjected to such unlawful acts would have some closure that someone had the gall to stand up to this powerful, multi-billion dollar corporation by single-handedly “bruising” JPMorgan Chase & Co where it hurts, and that would be in its coffers.

 

I must admit though that this “single-handed” Fight has not been easy, not because JPMorgan Chase has powerful attorneys that are way too tough for me to handle but because of the leverage that the multi-billion dollar Defendant has in the CORRUPT JUDICIARY and that is what has caused me to create this website. 

 

I have created this website to share ALL my evidence with the public, the said evidence that the CORRUPT JUDICIARY  is barring me from sharing by striking my said evidence from the Court’s docket which should be public information.  These said Evidence can be viewed at The Evidence (emails with “JPMorgan Chase and a number” at the bottom of the page were provided by the Defendants’ attorneys).   Be sure to pay close attention to Exhibits CC to CC-3 where you will see that JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s HR Department is a farce, nothing more than a legal spin room and its HR representatives are a total DISGRACE!
