THE BRIEF I FILED IN RESPONSE TO JPMORGAN CHASE & CO., ET AL’S REQUEST FOR A PRE-MOTION CONFERENCE  CONCERNING THEIR “MOTION TO DISMISS”. 

I was in court on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 to attend a “pre-motion conference” JPMorgan Chase & Co., et al requested concerning their “anticipated motion to dismiss” my Defamation of Character lawsuit because they are DISGRACEFULLY claiming “absolute privilege/immunity” for the LIES they stated under penalty of perjury in their Declarations in my previous Employment Racial Discrimination and Retaliation lawsuit against them (what a nerve).  So in defense of their “nerve”, I filed this Brief.  Click anywhere in the post to read.

THE BRIEF AND APPENDIX I FILED IN THE SECOND CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE APPEAL OF MY DEFAMATION/FALSE AND FRAUDULENT ACTS AND CONDUCT LAWSUIT AGAINST JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. ET AL. 

In an Opinion and Order RIFE WITH FALSE CLAIMS, AMBIGUITIES, INNUENDOS AND OMISSIONS, on March 23, 2021, the Southern District Court of New York (SDNY) dismissed my Defamation and False and Fraudulent Acts and Conduct lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase & Co., et al aka Goliath.  I have appealed the Court’s dismissal debunking the said false claims, ambiguities, innuendos and omissions and requesting that the Appeals Court remand my lawsuit for proper assessment and Discovery proceeding. 

Even with  FIVE YEARS of experiencing how CORRUPT the U.S. Judicial System is, I am still flabbergasted by the said corruption.  The INJUSTICE and CORRUPTION in U.S. Courts must STOP!  Click anywhere in this post to read my Appellant Brief and the corresponding Appendix.

APPEALS COURT - PETITION FOR REHEARING OF MY DEFAMATION/FALSE AND FRAUDULENT ACTS & CONDUCT LAWSUIT AGAINST JPMORGAN CHASE & CO., ET AL. 

“I’d like to respectfully bring to the this Court’s attention that I am a Pro Se Plaintiff/non-attorney without the financial resources…. the fact that the Court takes it upon themselves, on behalf of JPMorgan Chase & Co., et al (“Goliath”, “the Goliath”) to claim that I, Candice Lue “failed to plead diversity of citizenship” which Goliath with their unlimited financial resources and legal representation had the opportunity from the inception of this lawsuit to do but FAILED to do, is telling.”  Click anywhere in this post to read more of my Petition for Rehearing to the Appeals Court.

PETITION FOR REHEARING OF MY DEFAMATION AND FALSE AND FRAUDULENT ACTS AND  CONDUCT LAWSUIT AGAINST JPMORGAN CHASE & CO., ET AL - DENIED :(

My Petition for Rehearing to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals (below) to allow me to amend the “subject matter jurisdiction” from 28 U.S.C. § 1332 to 28 U.S.C. § 1343(a)(1) was denied.

The ruse is that the said Court that raised my “subject matter jurisdiction” defect, on JPMorgan Chase & Co. et al’s behalf, also instructed the District Court to dismiss my lawsuit “without prejudice” meaning that the case can be re-filed but JOLLY WELL KNOWING that if I re-file the case, it will be immediately dismissed because the Statute of Limitation for me to re-file that Defamation lawsuit has expired. BTW - It’s very rare that a Court raise such defect on behalf of a plaintiff/defendant.
