PETITION FOR REVIEW OF MY JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT COMPLAINT

The judicial system (if you can call it that) is so predictable that it is almost laughable….

Heard back from the COMPLICIT and equally CORRUPT Second Circuit Court of Appeals regarding the Judicial Misconduct Complaint I filed against CORRUPT, BIASED and NEFARIOUS Judge Alison J. Nathan….

Surprise, surprise….

My Complaint is dismissed as lacking the evidence which if you look at my said Complaint (on page 2 of “The Latest”) the evidence is AS CLEAR AS DAY! Do I expect this Petition for Review to be granted? NO!!!! But I am submitting it anyway because my Complaint should be reviewed!

JUDICIAL COUNCIL’S DENIAL OF MY PETITION FOR REVIEW OF MY JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT COMPLAINT AGAINST BIASED & CORRUPT JUDGE ALISON J. NATHAN

As was expected (see post below), the COMPLICIT and equally CORRUPT Second Circuit Court of Appeals has once again chosen to side with the rogue and dishonorable judge. So, I will just leave this matter to the Court of Public Opinion to review and make their own judgment. #DISGRACEFUL

JPMORGAN CHASE FIRED ME FOR BEING A “FIRMWIDE RISK”….

I did not bring Employment Racial Discrimination and Retaliation charges against JPMorgan Chase because or after they fired me. I brought the charges during my employ at JPMorgan Chase. It was six (6) months AFTER I raised the unlawful issue then brought these charges against JPMorgan Chase via the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) that JPMorgan Chase viewed me as a “FIRMWIDE RISK” and fired me.

MY “FIVE MINUTE” APPELLANT ORAL ARGUMENT OF APRIL 18, 2019

So (sigh)…. After I submitted my Appellant Brief, EVEN AS A PRO SE APPELLANT, the RULE is, I had to file an “Oral Argument Statement” form with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals (whether or not I wanted oral argument) on which I opted for “I want oral argument” (the Defendants opted for “I want oral argument only if at least one other party does”). As the Court calendar attached shows, my request was granted for five minutes (Whoop Dee Doo). To make sure that I would be able to take full advantage of the 5 minutes, I prepared a statement to read that when I practiced took me 5-6 minutes. However, with little knowledge of what “5 minutes” on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals’ calendar means (see post below), I was not even able to finish page 2 of my 4 and less than a ¼ page (double-spaced) pre-prepared statement. THE AUDIO OF MY “FIVE MINUTE” APPELLANT ORAL ARGUMENT OF APRIL 18, 2019

As a Pro Se Appellant arguing a case in the SECOND CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS for the first time, I did not know that the “Whoop Dee Doo” 5 minutes I was allotted for oral argument included from the time the case was called to interruptive delays and everything else in between! So, before I was able to reach the end of the second page of my prepared statement (notably before I was able to finish my statement which reads “and [Judge Alison J. Nathan] nefariously backdated the “Revised” date of her said Individual Practices to August 10, 2017, which is TEN (10) days AFTER I submitted my said Oppositions/Responses and one day prior to her August 11, 2017 Ruling whereby she granted the Defendants’ Letter Motion”) the judge let me know I was DONE. I also did not know that if I wanted to rebut the Defendants’ argument, I would have to allot a part of my “Whoop Dee Doo” 5 minutes for that and by the time that became apparent to me, it was too late for me to rework my 5 minute statement especially with trying to figure out the standard procedures of the Court.

I also believe that anyone of reasonable mind (especially if you were to listen to the audios of the other cases before the same judges on April 18, 2019) would see that I “could have been treated a little better/with a little more time”. All the arguments for the other cases went over their allotted time. The first case argued for example got double their time. While, as is obvious, with the 10 minutes allotted equally to Plaintiff, Candice Lue and Defendants, JPMorgan Chase & Co., et al, the timing on the audio shows that from the time THE CASE WAS CALLED to the end of both presentations, the total time accrued was LESS THAN THE TEN MINUTES ALLOTTED. As expected....The COMPLICIT Second Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed District Court judge, Judge Alison J. Nathan’s unsupported and profoundly erroneous Memorandum Opinion & Order of March 27, 2018. In response, I have filed a Motion to stay the Second Circuit Court of Appeals' Mandate pending my filing of a Petition For A Writ Of Certiorari with the United States Supreme Court. PETITION FOR A WRIT OF CERTIORARI - UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT

After the Second Circuit Court of Appeals denied my Appeal to vacate District Court Judge Alison J. Nathan’s unsupported and profoundly erroneous Memorandum Opinion & Order and Judgment of March 27, 2018, on July 17, 2019, I submitted a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court to have my lawsuit reviewed. While it is with pride that I report that my Petition has been docketed as Case # 19-260, it is my sincere hope that the Supreme Court will decide to take up my case. I would have preferred that Defendants JPMorgan Chase & Co., et al respond to my Petition to the U.S. Supreme Court for a Writ of Certiorari but they have waived their right to do so. MY PETITION TO THE U.S. SUPREME COURT FOR A WRIT OF CERTIORARI WAS DENIED

My Petition to the U.S. Supreme Court for a Writ of Certiorari was denied :(…. but the fight is not over :)….

To quote the late Senator Edward “Ted” Kennedy in his speech at the Democratic National Convention on August 12, 1980: “The work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die.” With that said, on October 23, 2019, I filed a Defamation of Character lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase & Co., et al. JPMORGAN CHASE & CO., ET AL CLAIM “ABSOLUTE PRIVILEGE (IMMUNITY)” FOR THEIR LIES UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY.

In Response to my Defamation of Character lawsuit for the LIES JPMorgan Chase & Co., et al stated under penalty of perjury to defame my character in my Employment Racial Discrimination and Retaliation lawsuit against them, DISGRACEFULLY, JPMorgan Chase & Co., et al are claiming “absolute privilege” which is immunity from their CRIME of perjury as the perjury was committed “during the judicial proceeding”.
